Our client is a manufacturer and service of reciprocating compressor system plants for oil and gas.

**Responsibilities**:
The Senior HR Officer will report to the Thai Commercial Division Manager and will be responsible for multiple HR activities as follows:

- Handling the process of recruitment and employment contract arrangement.
- Handling visa & work permits and all concerning processes.
- Monitoring the implementation of company rules and regulations.
- Monitoring the implementation of international standard ISO9001.
- Handling the employee relations such as company activities and safety regulations.
- Handling the benefit and welfare arrangement.
- Supporting annual review, performance evaluation, and salary review.
- Updating the job description and specifications.
- Updating the organization chart.
- Updating the recording vacation and leave date.
- Verifying reimbursement forms and other benefit allowance request forms.
- Performing other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Having more than 5 years of experience in HR functions, especially in an international manufacturing Firm.
- Having willing to gain HR function experience.
- Having a good experience in recruitment, training, workman compensation rules and regulations, and international standards ISO9001.
- Computer literate - MS office.
- Good command of English both writing and speaking.
- Self-motivated, systematic thinking, good organizer, fast learner, good communication, pro-active, accountable and assertive, good negotiation skills, flexible mind.
