In order to support the **Quality Department** in Chonburi/Thailand, we are looking for **Quality Assistant Manager**who can meet the challenges of the international market with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm. Use this chance and join our success

**Tasks**:

- Cooperate in implementing internal / external audits (IATF16949, customer-specific requirements, CCC) with regard to the systems and processes at the site.
- Cooperate in the correct implementation of the DRÄXLMAIER management system in the plant.
- Assure product and process quality at the site, in accordance with customer requirements and internal requirements, from materials receiving through shipping.
- Act as contact person (internal / external) for all quality-relevant questions and topics in the plant; clarify quality problems in the plant (daily business) with the customer, and assure that the solutions are effective. In case of escalation, assure cooperation with the central functions and promote the implementation of effective solutions.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the employees reporting to him / her, in accordance with the management principles of the Group.
- Cooperate in the support and coordination of the reporting process to the Quality Manager, the manager of the production network, and the technical management, as part of evaluating the management system. Comply with the assigned KPIs, report to the next-level positions, analyze deviations and implement effective actions to achieve goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.
- 5-10 Years Experience in automotive part manufacturing or related field.
- IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 knowledge.
- Core tools knowledge: (APQP, FMEA, PPAP,MSA and SPC), 8D methodology / complaints, Q7-Tools, customer-specific requirements, requalification inspections, special characteristics (SC&CC)
- Good Communication in English
- Leadership
