**Role Description**

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Leader to spearhead our business development and client acquisition efforts in Thailand. You’ll be responsible for building business by developing qualified leads and assisting the South-East Asia market leader in closing these leads by providing local support. Proficiency over Thai language is a must.

**Job Location** - Bangkok, Thailand

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Business Development**
- Develop qualified leads and meetings as per KPIs agreed with the market leader
- Build relationships with key decision-makers (C-level, IT leaders, Digital Transformation heads).
- Feedback local market intelligence to product & marketing teams to help develop content and marketing campaigns
- Attend relevant events to raise the profile of InspireXT and key solution elements.
- Collaborate with SaaS vendors (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle) to co-sell and align on joint go-to-market strategies.
- Build alliances with other local service partners where necessary.

**Business Operations**
- Maintain and report regional progress with the market leader as agreed, providing accurate and consistent information.
- Support deal cycles from lead generation to closure while providing local assistance to the market leader
- Lead sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.

**Sales & Strategy Planning**
- Develop annual and quarterly sales forecasts, pipelines, and performance metrics.

**Project Management & Business Analysis**
- Take up Business & Need Analysis activities to understand client requirements
- Manage project planning and kickoff activities to ensure successful launch of new engagements

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Excellent communication (written and presentation) and influencing skills
- Strong business process expertise coupled with solution selling skills
- Good understanding of functional areas in supply chain - manufacturing, planning, order management and adjacent areas - finance and customer experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer engagement skills
- High personal integrity.
- Proficiency over Thai language is a must.
