We’re seeking a collaborative, self-motivated Head **Responsibilities**: - Lead the entire capability development initiative for Liberty Insurance across Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand and Vietnam that translates into planning, initiating and executing multiple transformational IT programs and projects aimed at building new IT Applications, upgrading and enhancing existing systems. - Drive execution across projects to ensure on time delivery and quality to meet business needs. - Ability to lead a team of senior IT professionals (~40-50 FTEs) including project managers, technical leads, business analysts both internally and vendor managed. - Work closely with stakeholders and executive leadership including CXOs to manage expectations, scope and delivery. - Communicate project status, highlight and flag risks, collaborate with peers and stakeholders to drive mitigation actions. - Collaborate with business partners across functions to develop capability build strategy and roadmap on an ongoing basis. - Provide leadership and guidance in incident and problem solving to increase resolution throughput and increase system stability through root cause solutions thereby reducing incident inflow. - Relentlessly pursue Agile and Design-Thinking Methodology for project delivery on top of the SDLC processes **Job Qualifications**: - A Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience. Relevant industry certifications in Project Management, Application Delivery and/ or Insurance business are a plus. - A thorough grasp of technology concepts, business operations, design, and development tools, software engineering and technical standards—typically acquired through 10+ years of related experience. - Experience working in a high paced, global environment with a multi-language, multi-geography, multi-cultural context.
