**Sea Freight Import Officer**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Check incoming documents and send pre-alerts to consignee
- Issue payment voucher to A/C for pick up D/O from shipping line
- Issue invoice to customer
- Close job files
- Assistance on monthly reports
- Negotiate charges with carriers, agents, co-loaders, etc.
- Solve daily operational problems
- Coordinate with import shipping department
- Coordinate shipments with overseas offices
- Coordinate shipments with Leschaco import coordinator at customer site
- Coordinate import shipments with customer / consignees
- Any assignment from the superior

**Your Profile**
- Educational Qualification: Diploma or above
- Minimum 2 years in the same field
- Good command of English language
- Strong leadership
- Able to work under pressure
- Reliable and accurate
