The Strategic Marketing Lead plays a critical role in planning and executing key marketing activities to ensure clear brand positioning and effective marketing communication to end users to drive the adoption of Lazada Pay products and services. Additionally, this role will also help support enhancements and optimization of payment campaigns.**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the end to end accounting and reporting process of Lazada payment business.
- Handle general enquiries from external parties (e.g. vendors) and business users.
- Understand all systems and processes involved in AR, AP, GL processes.
- Provide analysis, insight, and perspective to management team and provide suggestion and solutions for arisen problems.
- Ensure local statutory financial reports and ensure compliance with local tax regulations and accounting principles.
- Work closely with operation/regional finance/Technical teams to drive the accounting operation smoothly and supporting to deliver the Finance and accounting report.
- Involve the Finance workstream and system implementation, assist with UAT testing, and monitor the finance-related impacts post-launch.
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis and other reviews to managements in any related tasks as assigned.
- Collaborate with different stakeholders at different level of the organization and in various departments across the region and share service team.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field its equivalent
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in the accounting-related field, Big 4 accounting firm experience or e-money experience preferred.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work well with people across different cultures
- Positive and result-driven. Good sense of logic and analytical thinking. A team player with good organizational skills and an eye for accuracy and detail
- Solid accounting knowledge as well as local tax/audit regulation. Hands-on/relevant working experience in a finance operating environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and good command of English, both written and oral.
- Flexible and bright personality, open to committing in a dynamic environment
