**- Responsible for defining overall test strategy and test plan jointly with project stakeholders
- Work with Business Program Manager and BU Specialist to define UAT scope, manage, monitor and track UAT testing with
- Work with Information Security to define scope of Application Security Testing, Penetration Testing, and Vulnerability Assessment, and facilitate execution of tests
- Work with Technical Delivery Managers to ensure relevant Testing types (i.e. industry testing, vulnerability assessment, performance test, etc.) are performed and meets required testing guidelines
- Provide test plan and test budget to Project Manager as part of overall delivery plan
- Review UAT test scenarios with responsible parties of UAT (e.g., Business Program Manager, BU Specialist, Ops testers) to ensure sufficient test coverage
- Work with Technical Delivery Manager, Functional Business Analyst, Systems Analyst and BU Specialist to priorities resolutions/fixes, and communicate results of tests and ensure remediation of findings in accordance with Mitigation Plan
- Monitor and track defect resolutions/fixes for UAT to ensure remediation meets defined SLAs
- Report UAT execution progress to the Project Manager
- Ensure testing completed on time, within budget and the desired quality
- Monitor and manage risks/issues related to Testing and Quality Assurance

**Requirement**:

- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering ICT, IT or any related technical field
- At least 7 years in Software Testing field
- At least 5 years as a Leading role e.g. Test Lead or Test Manager
- Expertise in defining the scope of testing; test plan, test case, test scenario and execution
- Experience in managing test execution base on the test plan and the test cases
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Great planning & coordinating skills
- Good attitude and mindset with good interpersonal skills
- Able to manage High-Pressure Deadlines
- Team leader attitude and Ability to mentor and motivate team
- Fluent in English (Business Presentation proficiency)
- Banking background would be advantaged
