Communications and Public Affairs Coordinator

PRTR is working with a Pharmaceutical Company that now needs a Sales Assistant to join their team.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**I. Communications**
- Creating and maintaining consistent corporate brand/corporate content on the corporate website.
- Creating editorial assets such as copywriting, photo selection & artwork through self-work and agencies.
- Working with communications business partner for event coordination, setting up & administering.
- Managing administrative works; meeting arrangements, travel planning, expenses, vendor sourcing, forms, inventory, office admin, etc.
**II. Public Affairs**
- Handling News Monitoring & Data intelligence.
- Coordinating with external stakeholders and engaging them through various occasions.
- Working with the team in activities planning & preparation & organization.
- Managing administrative works; meeting arrangements, travel planning, expenses, vendor sourcing, forms, inventory, office admin, etc.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree.
- A couple of years of experience in administrative support.
- Experience in managing, creating, and completing tasks in eBuy, WD, SAP, Concur, Zoom, Ms-Teams, and Sharepoint.
- Ability to effectively use computer software incl. MS Office, Adobe e-sign, advanced excel & PPT, photo & VDO editing programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- English written skills (Communicable).
- Flexibility to work outside of job scope when required.
