- Database backup and recovery: Developing and implementing backup and recovery procedures for databases, ensuring that critical data and systems are protected and can be recovered in the event of a disaster.
- Database capacity planning: Planning and forecasting database capacity to ensure that the databases can handle current and future data demands.
- User support: Providing technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues related to databases, and delivering training programs to ensure that end-users are able to effectively use and support these systems.
