- Department: Marketing & Communications- Location: Thailand- Reporting to Category Manager in local market place.1) Manage team which gives advice and grows business of Groceries portfolio [Food - package food, food staple]2) Develop subcategory strategy, strategize and execute strategy with team members, Monitor key performance indicators3) Top seller management within sub-categories
- Responsibilities: Manage key sub categories of Manager - Grocery focusing on 5 key areas- Performance Management: Develop subcategory strategy, strategize and execute strategy with team members, Monitor key performance indicators
- Assortment Planning & Merchandising: Demand & Supply matching, develop strong seller base, Engage with local communities
- Seller Management: Manage top sellers within subcategory, ensure top sellers are growing in the same direction of the subcategory, build new seller base by working closely with vendor acquisition team in acquiring new sellers, build new/potential sellers to become bigger and stronger within subcategory
- Marketing & Onsite management: Develop campaign planning & execution, manage onsite merchandising, deal hunting and review results
- Internal collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams i.e. Traffic, marketing, support category needs and deliver efficiency improvements
**Job Requirements**
- At least 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, business development, project management roles
- Able to leverage data points and portfolio analysis to actionable tactic
- Self-motivated, high adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-changing/ dynamic environment
- Strong ownership, attention to detail and solution-oriented
- Experience in managing small team members (3-4 members) is a plus
