**Job Detail**:

- Assistant Unit Supervisor (25K-33K) (SDG-84769)
- ผู้ช่วยหัวหน้าหน่วย-
- Assign relevant people to achieve the company's goals.
- Coordinate with all departments to achieve the company's objectives and goals.
- Conduct training to develop skills of employees. Prepare information for training management to suit the needs of employees and monitor/evaluate agencies for training results.
- Supervise the salary increment and annual bonuses. Coordinate with various departments to evaluate performance according to the criteria set by the company.
- Liaise with both internal and external parties including foreign countries to provide information as requested.
- Prepare monthly performance report at the monthly meeting for executives.
- Operation control and evaluate the performance of subordinates
- Take care of the time system (system web time), the finger scan system and summarize the statistical report of lack of lateness presented to the executives.
- Prepare employee salaries for group companies using Tiger soft program, more than 300 employees
- Other things as assigned by the supervisor.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 28 - 45 years old- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related fields
- At least 5 years' experience in HR field
- Good command in English or have a TOEIC score of 750 or higher (who can present in English)
- Have knowledge of KPI, since the process of creating a system, collecting data, and processing data.
- Able to work under high pressure, be creative, like challenging and able to learn on their own- Able to calculate OT diligence allowance, calculate fuel cost, check Time Attendance

- ดำเนินการฝึกอบรมเพื่อพัฒนาทักษะของพนักงาน จัดเตรียมข้อมูลสำหรับจัดการฝึกอบรมให้เหมาะสมกับความต้องการของพนักงานและติดตาม/ประเมินผลการฝึกอบรมหน่วยงาน
- ดูแลการขึ้นเงินเดือนและโบนัสประจำปี ประสานงานกับฝ่ายต่างๆเพื่อประเมินผลงานตามเกณฑ์ที่บริษัทกำหนด
- ติดต่อประสานงานกับบุคคลทั้งภายในและภายนอกรวมถึงต่างประเทศเพื่อให้ข้อมูลตามที่ร้องขอ
- จัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานประจำเดือนในการประชุมประจำเดือนสำหรับผู้บริหาร
- ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานและประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา
- ดูแลระบบเวลา (ระบบเว็บไทม์) ระบบสแกนนิ้ว และสรุปรายงานสถิติการขาดงานล่าช้านำเสนอต่อผู้บริหาร
- จัดทำเงินเดือนพนักงานกลุ่มบริษัทด้วยโปรแกรม Tiger soft พนักงานมากกว่า 300 คน
- อื่นๆ ตามที่หัวหน้ามอบหมาย
- สัญชาติไทย, ชาย, หญิง, อายุ 28 - 45 ปี- ปริญญาตรี สาขาทรัพยากรมนุษย์หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสายงาน HR
- สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี หรือมีคะแนน TOEIC 750 คะแนนขึ้นไป (สามารถนำเสนอเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้)
- มีความรู้เรื่อง KPI ตั้
