- Assist the Operation Manager in aligning business objectives with strategic business goals.
- Support the implementation of operational policies and practices to improve efficiency, safety, environment, and quality standards.
- Help in generating reports on improvements and maintaining operational standards as per customer and stakeholder expectations.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with senior management and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with customer contracts and achieving agreed KPIs.
- Support in representing Toll Thailand to customers and facilitating effective team performance and development.
- Contribute to the management of financial targets and operational growth strategies.
- Participate in monthly operational review meetings with customers and the Toll Thailand leadership team.
- Focus on the preparation and analysis of operational reports, including P&L, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights for improvement.
- Coordinate with all supervisors to gather, compile, and verify all reports, ensuring they reflect the operational performance accurately and are delivered on time.
- Work closely with supporting teams such as Finance and Accounting (FNA), Human Resources (HR), Safety, and Purchasing to ensure seamless operations and adherence to Toll Global Logistics standards.
- Collaborate with the Implementation Team on new client setups and IT process integration, ensuring smooth project execution and alignment with relevant parties within the project team.
