Support Chubb s financial planner and full-time agent development program aka Champion Hubb program.
Other assignments.
Bachelor s degree or higher in Education, Business Administration, Learning Technology, HRD or related field.
Experience in conduct training and curriculum development, especially in IC license and Unit Linked product.
Have IC license or IP license, the professional financial planning certificates (i.e. CFP, AFTP, FChFP or AChFP) are preferable.
Preferable experience working for life insurance company in agency channel but not always necessary.
Good command in English.
Competency require (Knowledge, Skills, Attribute).
Excellent communication / presentation / public speaking / problem solving and people management skill.
Be able to perform multi-tasking and prioritizing.
Eager to learn and adopt new approach to achieve the company s goals.
Ability to work independently.
Positive attitude.
