I-ap-pm Sr. Researcher

Co-create R&D and innovation in polymer processing interactions and material characterization with customers to understand, serve customer needs, and create new values
- Ensure proper execution of research projects in each responsible research platform properly including budgeting and resources management and monitoring
- Manage project team to develop goals, strategies and plans related to research and development project
- Collaborate with BUs and customers to test, validate, and finalize product/processes to convert to revenues/EBITDA
- Execute technical contents and provide technical resources in collaboration with BUs to ensure success of new product/process in commercialization phase to deliver new/additional Revenue/EBITDA
- Provide guidance, coaching and advisory to researchers and research assistants
- Work with identified external partners to deliver desired outcomes
- Maintain relationship with external partners to deliver research outcomes within the committed timeline as needed
- Collaborate with relevant parties to maintain and improve R&D and Innovation performance in DJSI according to PTTGC's strategy

**Qualifications**
- Ideally Ph.D. or MSc/ Meng B.E./B.Sc for Scale-up/Process tech and Processing tech/Polymer Science
- Min. 2 years of industrial/academic research experience in Polymer processing
- Safety procedures knowledge related to polymer processing
- Direct experiences rotomolding and its related molding polymer processing and/or injection process would be advantages
