Analyze and gather business requirements from stakeholders, and translate them into effective technical solutions.
Develop clear Functional Specifications, High-Level Design, and User Manuals to guide the development team.
Collaborate closely with developers, QA, and project managers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functions meet business needs.
Prepare reports, documentation, and progress updates for stakeholders.
Evaluate and manage change requests or new features, assessing feasibility and proposing solutions.
Act as the key contact between business teams and technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and alignment.
Qualifications.
Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years experience as a Business Analyst or System Analyst (enterprise or large-scale projects preferred).
Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and Project Management practices.
Good knowledge of DBMS, Oracle, SQL Server.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Experience in ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation projects (advantage).
