Human Resource Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Be fully responsible for the daily operations of the department and establish a systematic and modern human resource management system based on the company's strategy.
2. Use advanced management models to optimize human resource processes and improve management efficiency.
3. Handle cross-border human resource affairs, ensure the effective implementation of the headquarters' human resource policies in the Thai factory, and promote information flow and policy consistency.
4. Organize cross-border skills training for Thai factory employees and coordinate issues in the implementation of training by foreign technical personnel in the Thai factory.
5. Fully build and launch the following human resource management modules:
- TA (Talent Acquisition) Talent Recruitment Management
- ERM (Employee Relations Management) Labor Relations Management
- LD (Learning & Development) Learning and Training Management
- PM (Performance Management) Performance Incentive Management
- C&B (Compensation & Benefits) Compensation and Benefits Management
- OC (Organizational Culture) Organizational Culture Management
6. Human Resource Team Building:
- Continuously build a professional human resource team to meet the company's needs for human resource management at different stages of development.
- Cultivate the professional capabilities of HR team members and improve the overall human resource management level.
7. Other temporary work tasks assigned by superiors and not mentioned in full.
**Job requirements**:
- Have comprehensive human resources management knowledge and practical experience, can carry out HR digitalization/data management; familiar with Thailand's Labor Law and social security system.
- Clear thinking, rigorous logic, excellent analytical skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
- Have good team leadership, communication and coordination skills and cross-departmental cooperation experience.
- Have a good professional image, strong emotional stability, strong learning ability and affinity.
- Have good professional qualities and good professional ethics.
Pay: ฿60,000.00 - ฿85,000.00 per month
