Our client is a leader in automated bagging systems, robots sorting into crates and Bagging machines, palletizing, case packers, stretch holders, etc. They provide complete bag packaging lines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the owner of OH&S work, Plan-Do-Check-Act for every related work to improve long-term Safety, Security, and Office Maintenance.
- Reviewing, updating, and enforcing OHS SOP, policies, and procedures to comply with the country’s regulations and H/O practices.
- Leading and setting up according to OH&S policies a Safety Committee and meetings with the team.
- Conducting risk assessment and enforcing preventative measures.
- Initiating and organizing the OHS training of all levels of team members.
- Inspecting the premises and the work of personnel to identify risk issues or non-conformity (e.g. not using protective equipment).
- Preparing reports on occurrences and providing statistical information to upper management.
- Working with Department Leader to build up the Safety development and improvement as well as provide training on Safety topics.
- Collaborating with an international team of safety professionals to effectively integrate safety barriers, controls, and practices across the enterprise.
- Conducting positive interventions, site inspections, and Audit initiatives to ensure that newly identified risks, hazards, or behaviors are effectively managed.
- Supporting and delivering safety orientations, training, and coaching to all levels: from the top management to operations team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Not over 38 years old.
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Health and Safety.
- Has 2-5 years of experience as a Safety in Manufacturing or related field.
- Fair to Good command of English (Able to communicate with Safety Global).
- Has good skills in negotiation and a positive attitude.
