Job Summary ร่วมวิเคราะห์ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับพฤติกรรมลูกค้าที่ติดต่อ Call Center ผ่านช่องทาง Social Media
ร่วมกัน Design Call Flow, Process และ Business logic เพื่อรองรับการติดต่อCall Center ผ่านช่องทาง Voice & Non Voice โดยจะต้องอ้างอิงตาม process การดูแลลูกค้าขององค์กร
ช่วยเก็บ Requirement ของ User Call Center ในการนำมา Design โปรแกรมการทำงาน
นำผลวิเคราะห์และ Requirement มาออกแบบ Concept เพื่อจัดสอน AI ChatBOT
ออกแบบ AI Menu & UI/UX และจัดทำ Interactive Message Script โดยสามารถคง Character ตามที่องค์กรกำหนด
ตรวจสอบข้อมูลที่ได้รับจากหน่วยงานอื่น และปรับเปลี่ยนให้อยู่ในรูปแบบที่สามารถใช้จัดสอน AI Chatbot ได้
เตรียมข้อมูลในการสอน AI Chatbot
ประสานงานกับหน่วยงาน Implement และหน่วยงาน Scrum room ในการพัฒนา Service, Function & Feature ของ AI Chatbot
จัดทำแผนการพัฒนา AI Chatbot โดยสามารถวิเคราะห์และประเมิน Benefit ในแต่ละ Function & Feature ของระบบได้
ทำการ operation & tuning AI Chatbot เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า ให้อยู่ในค่ามาตรฐานที่องค์กรกำหนด
