**About the role**
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Personal Assistant to the Head of School**
- **Manage the Head of School’s diary, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the HOS.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the organization of school events, visits, and communications.
- Take minutes at meetings when required and follow up on action points.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Liaise with parents, staff, and external parties on behalf of the Head of School.
- Support school communications including newsletters, letters, and updates.
**2. Transport Management**
- Oversee the daily operations of the school transport system, including scheduling of routes, driver assignments, and student lists.
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements related to school transport.
- Liaise with transport providers, monitor service quality, and manage contracts.
- Handle enquiries and concerns from parents regarding transport services.
- Maintain records related to vehicle maintenance, inspections, and insurance.
- Respond to and manage incidents, delays, or emergencies with professionalism and care.
- Ensure accurate billing and reconciliation of transport fees (in collaboration with Finance).
- Monitor transport usage and suggest improvements to routes or schedules as needed.
- Communicate bus pick ups and drops off with parents.
