**Job Detail**:

- Sales executive (Freight forwarder) (25K-70K) (SDG-83779)
- เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายขาย (ขนส่งสินค้า)-
- Visited existing customers and new potential customers.
- Issue Quotation as customer requested including a response to oversea inquiries.
- Follow-up shipment and coordinate with internal with other section concerning until job complete.
- Monitoring and following up on new inquiries of new customers even coordinating with sales support and operation.
- Assist job and support job assignment of the commander.
- Received complaints and solve the problem or presented a solution as a customer satisfied.
- Report sales activities to monitor profit even check customers active every month.
- Other assignments by the company and management level.
- Develop, Build, Grow and Maintain a solid client relationship.
- Search for contracts and potential clients, and expand new customer base.
- Ensure close relationships with customers in order to achieve/exceed sales targets.
- Update and customized the sales.
- Prepare and present commercial proposals to the market in line.
- Ensure all internal reporting accuracy and in the timeline.
- Handle additional tasks and projects as assigned by superior.
- Thai nationality, Male, Female, age 25 - 45 years old- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Having 2-3 years of experience as a Freight forwarder or Logistic
- Services mind, productive and enthusiastic
- Proven network with targeted customers.
- Pro-active, negotiating, and problem-solving skills.- Good command of English: speaking, listening, reading & writing.
- Proficiency in computer skills (MS word, Excel & Power Point)
- Able to work independently and also a good team player with operations.

- เยี่ยมลูกค้าปัจจุบันและลูกค้าใหม่ที่มีศักยภาพ
- ออกใบเสนอราคาตามที่ลูกค้าต้องการ
- ติดตามการจัดส่งและประสานงานภายในกับส่วนงานอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้องจนกว่างานจะแล้วเสร็จ
- ตรวจสอบและติดตามข้อซักถามใหม่ๆ ของลูกค้าใหม่ แม้กระทั่งการประสานงานกับฝ่ายสนับสนุนการขายและการดำเนินงาน
- ช่วยงานและสนับสนุนงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา
- รับข้อร้องเรียนและแก้ไขปัญหาหรือนำเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขตามที่ลูกค้าพึงพอใจ
- รายงานกิจกรรมการขายเพื่อติดตามกำไร แม้กระทั่งตรวจสอบลูกค้าที่ใช้งานทุกเดือน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากบริษัทและระดับผู้บริหาร
- พัฒนา สร้าง เติบโต และรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าที่มั่นคง
- ค้นหาสัญญาและลูกค้าเป้าหมาย และขยายฐานลูกค้าใหม่
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ใกล้ชิดกับลูกค้าเพื่อให้ยอดขายบรรลุ/เกินเป้าหมาย
- ปรับปรุงและปรับแต่งการขาย
- จัดทำและนำเสนอข้อเสนอทางการค้าสู่ตลาดในแนว
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการรายงานภายในทั้งหมดและในไทม์ไลน์
- จัดการงานและโครงการเพิ่มเติมตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้
