Our client is a services company specializing in engaging with good customer service and improving the performances of businesses.
**Responsibilities**:
- Providing telephone answering services for company customers Complete with advice on various products of the company that is suitable for customers.
- Receiving notification and taking action to solve initial problems of customers arising from the use of various services of the company and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Following up and notifying the result of the problem solving and service to the customer.
- Rotating Shift (Morning 9.00 - 18.00 / Noon 13.00 - 22.00) working 5 days and 2 days off (Not on Sat. Sun).
**Qualification**:
- Chinese Only.
- Able to start working on 1 April.
- Has Bachelor's Degree.
- New graduates are welcome to apply.
