The AP Accounting Officer will help us in managing the processing of invoices, verifying employee expenses, maintaining accurate financial records, and addressing various ad hoc tasks as they arise. These responsibilities contribute to the smooth functioning of the company's financial operations and overall financial health. Key responsibilities are:
Day to day AP processing and 3-way matching
AP reporting, payment proposal, overseas payment
Monthly Input VAT report and reconciliation, WH tax submission, PP 30
Employee expense report verification
Conduct monthly accrual, GL reconciliation
Ad hoc task request What are we looking for in you?
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
3 years working experience in AP Function/ GL
Knowledge of Accounting Payable/ Vat/ Withholding Tax/GL
SAP working knowledge is preferable.
Good Excel skill (Pivot /Vlookup)
