**Your tasks**:

- Technical Support 1st Level for Dry Part Mechanic
- Create and manage customer service ticket clarification or prioritize escalation to management Level
- Once the issue has been reproduced, diagnose the issue and record Report
- Monitoring and determine special tools Dry Part Mechanic to facilitate supporting
- Support and manage claim issue Dry Part Mechanic
- Ensure promt support and resolve all Dry Part Mechanic issues
- Act as the primary liaison between company and customers
- Act as a consultant and offer solutions for customers' problems for Dry Part Mechanic
- Track and manage work record for Dry Part Mechanic
- Work with all internal groups, including support, sales, engineering, product management, consulting, Dry Part Mechanic
- Prepare accurate and timely Report
- Transfer technical knowledge Dry Part Mechanic to engineer
- Onsite support Dry Part Mechanic customer problem time-to-time
- Onsite support Dry Part Mechanic engineer in work issue time-to-time
- Coach and audit engineer in order development process
- Support Academy in terms of customer trainer - Dry Part Mechanic
- Support Academy in terms of Service trainer - Dry Part Mechanic

**Your profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 4 - 7 years of experience is preferred
- Prior experience in working in multinational teams is preferred
- Proficiency in English
