**MARKETING MANAGER, THAILAND**

Reporting directly to the Regional Marketing Manager of Southeast Asia

**MAIN PURPOSE**:
We are looking for a full-time local Marketing Manager (Thailand) who is a true marketer and possesses a great understanding of esports, gaming, and lifestyle in Thailand.

The role entails day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategies. You are expected to thrive with tight deadlines and adapt to changing needs. If you are a person who loves the rewarding challenge of building a brand, we want to hear from you.

**DUTIES AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develops and implements marketing plans customized for each GXR office.
- Offers insight, counsel and assistance regarding the implementation of local marketing initiatives.
- Oversee brand integrity across local markets, ensuring that all creative communications meet brand guidelines.
- Communicates regularly with LMDs to stay abreast of current local market trends, opportunities and challenges in each market.
- Researches and recommends local-level marketing opportunities for each office including, but not limited to print and digital advertising, public relations, social media and event marketing.
- Monitors local-level marketing initiatives tracks expenses and ROI.
- Plan, manage and create local-level content on social media platforms.
- Grow and manage local social media channels, conceptualise strategic social media content for the targeted audience.
- Copywriting and scripting of posts on various social media platforms.
- Brand and community management on various social media platforms.
- Track and monitor content performance through insights and analytics.
- Creates and maintains local-level media and event pipeline.
- Creates and maintains a local-level annual event calendar.
- May develop, coordinate, and conceptualise multimedia collateral for the local market.
- Keep up to date with current esports news and social media trends.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis, customer insights, consumer trends, and best marketing practices in the local market.
- Performs other day-to-day duties as assigned by Regional Marketing Manager.

**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Experience in a related field: Minimum 2 years and above
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Thai. Able to communicate in Chinese is not required but will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of the different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube), bonus if you have managed business accounts and is familiar with paid social media strategies
- Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong organisational skills, project management, multitasking and is detail-oriented
- Metrics-driven marketing individual with an eye for creativity
- Experience in esports and gaming is a plus
- Passionate about esports & gaming, bonus if you actively follow esports events and personalities across different game titles
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Google workspace, preparation of reports & PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge in other Adobe software such as Illustrator, InDesign, is a plus
