As a Bakery Technical Advisor (M/W) you will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and work closely with area managers to develop Bridor’s activities and participate to the excellent reputation of the brand in South East Asia (Singapore, Thaïlande, Malaisie, Philippines, Indonésie, Cambodge, Laos, Myanmar, Vietnam).

You will be an expert and a brand ambassador in using product to highlight their key advantages and quality with the objective to make our solutions appealing to buyers and final users.

**Your main tasks**:

- Put in place and train clients & team mates on new products existing products
- Be alert and support clients in their requests for problem solving, training, quality issues
- Demonstrate and explain solutions & products to clients and prospect to boost Bridor’s activity in the region
- Assist the team to ensure that all events and presentations are done perfectly and in accordance with Bridor’s guidelines and standards
- Identify interested and qualified customers/prospects in order to provide them with additionnal information and link them to the sales team
- Prepare and alter presentation contents to target specific audience and select products accordingly
- Create and animate a strong network of professionnals (chefs, F&Bs, users) in each country and in the region
- Organize and manage your schedule according to the requirements of the team and you will be travelling up to 70% of your time during certain period
- On-going client follow up on a regular basis
- Audit clients to inspect quality of our products
- Take part in preparing and hosting tradeshows and various events in the region
- Excellent knowledge of bakery & pastry
- Proficiency in MS Office and online reporting tools (Salesforce)
- Excellent language proficiency in English, French. Another language spoken in the region is a plus
- Diligent, good time management with a positive attitude

En tant que Responsable Technique (H/F), vous êtes directement rattaché au Responsable régional des ventes et travaillez en étroite collaboration avec les responsables de zone pour développer les activités de Bridor et participer à l'excellente réputation de la marque en Asie du Sud-Est (Singapour, Thaïlande, Malaisie, Philippines, Indonésie, Cambodge, Laos, Myanmar, Viêt Nam).

Vous êtes expert et ambassadeur de la marque en utilisant les produits pour mettre en évidence leurs avantages clés et leur qualité avec l'objectif de rendre nos solutions attrayantes pour les acheteurs et les utilisateurs finaux.

**Vos principales tâches**:

- Mettre en place et former les clients et les collaborateurs sur les nouveaux produits existants
- Etre attentif et soutenir les clients dans leurs demandes de résolution de problèmes, de formation, de problèmes de qualité
- Démontrer et expliquer les solutions et les produits aux clients et aux prospects afin de stimuler l'activité de Bridor dans la région
- Aider l'équipe à s'assurer que tous les événements et présentations sont parfaitement réalisés et conformes aux directives et normes de Bridor
