The Company is looking for a skilled Accountant Manager for the purpose of further enhancing its growing accounting team.
You will be based in our brand-new HQ office in Asok, Bangkok - with easy and convenient access to both the BTS and MRT.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for all accounting functions activities relating to cash flow forecasts and cash management
- Review and ensure the accuracy of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, and general ledger accounts
- Conduct transaction reconciliations, month-end closures, and year-end closures, and preparing all related financial reports to manage the timeline of the month-end report
- Develop and monitoring internal controls and ensuring that accounting activities are in accordance with legal, government, and company policies
- Manage all tax matters including income tax, tax returns, VAT, WHT, and year-end tax submissions
- Interact with the external auditors
- Handle financial forecast, cash flow management, taxes, and budget
- Prepare and submit staff payroll and Social Security matters
- Set and arrange the annual company budget, action plan, and control to achieve a budget, action plan, and KPI for the accounting team
- Lead and develop a team of staff to ensure that all activities are completed accurately and on time
**KEY REQUIREMENTS**:
- Experience in preparing financial management reports, financial analysis
- Strong leadership skills, service-minded, well-organized, active, fast learning, good relationship
- Knowledge in budget control and fixed asset control
- Business level of English
- Able to communicate work-related issues as and before they arise
- Able to withstand work challenges
- Able to work under pressure, if and when required
- Able to work overtime, if and when required
- Well organized, and disciplined individual
- Task-responsible, and self-motivated individual
- Detail-oriented individual, with a keen eye on tasks completeness and accuracy
Ability to commute/relocate:
- กรุงเทพมหานคร: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- 3 years of (preferred)
**Language**:
- Thai and English (preferred)
