**Job Purposes**:

- Provide support to set up plans, strategies and policies about marketing, including controlling overall marketing activities, along with providing advice, recommendations, and problem solving about marketing and coordinating with related functions, in order to support the operations effectively aligning with organization’s needs and situation, and achieve profitability, objectives, and policies of the organization**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze data and participate in setting up annual budget, directions, policies, and strategies for development of marketing rules and processes to improve marketing performance effectively and ensure better organizational marketing operations compared to the opponents
- Lead and implement directions and strategies to manage marketing activities, including advertising, public relations, events and sale promotions, to ensure effective business operations aligning with organization’s goals and objectives
- Participate in building brand value to gain competitive advantage and market share
- Follow up marketing movement and situation of the opponents to participate in setting up creative marketing strategies and policies and achieve organization goals and policies effectively
- Coordinate with related functions to create mutual understanding in marketing operations
- Plan and manage the assessment and improvement within the department
- Monitor making summary reports of overall marketing operations to improve performance of marketing officers and managers
- Take care and advise subordinates to ensure effective performance and promotion preparation

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years’ experience in related field and 3-5 years of team management
- Have great understanding in marketing system related to organization business
- Have good English skills
- Have good computer skills
- Have good communication skill
- Be able to coordinate
