**Job Summary**:
The Senior Leader, Campaign Development, is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of strategic and complex campaign projects across departments. This role ensures alignment with business goals, drives operational efficiency, and optimizes campaign performance through data-driven insights. The position also plays a key role in developing team capability and promoting innovation in campaign management.

**Responsibilities**:*:

- Lead and manage large-scale or cross-functional campaign initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and on-time delivery.
- Coach and empower campaign managers to own and drive full-cycle campaign execution—from requirement gathering and design to testing and launch.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend data-driven optimizations for personalization and targeting.
- Analyze contact strategy effectiveness and performance trends, providing insights to enhance campaign impact and delivery efficiency.
- Drive continuous improvement in work processes, quality assurance, and automation to boost team productivity and campaign ROI.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecom industry is advantage.
- Hands-on experience with campaign management tools (e.g., Pelatro, Unica) is a plus.
- Proven leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong technical skills: SQL, Tableau, and database management.
- Solid project management capabilities with logical and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and proficient in written and spoken English.
