**Job Summary**:
As a Senior FF&E Interior Designer, you will be a key member of our design team, responsible for creating exceptional interior spaces that reflect our clients' visions and exceed their expectations. You will play a crucial role in conceptualizing and developing luxurious FF&E designs for our high-profile projects across Southeast Asia, with a particular focus on Bangkok, Thailand. Your exceptional talent, expertise, and passion for FF&E will contribute to our studio's continued success in delivering outstanding interior design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Collaborate closely with the design team to develop innovative concepts and creative solutions that align with clients' requirements and project objectives.

Lead and execute all aspects of FF&E design, including furniture, finishes, fixtures, lighting, and accessories, ensuring the highest standards of quality and luxury.

Conduct thorough research on the latest trends, materials, and finishes related to luxury hospitality and high-end residential interior design.

Create comprehensive FF&E presentations, mood boards, and sample boards to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and internal stakeholders.

Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and artisans to source, select, and procure FF&E items that meet project specifications, budget constraints, and quality standards.

Develop detailed FF&E specifications, schedules, and budgets, and coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth implementation.

Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, assisting them in their professional development and fostering a collaborative team environment.

Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and design trends, and integrate them into design processes to enhance our studio's creative output.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

Minimum of 6 years of experience in luxury hospitality interior design and high-end residential interior design, with a strong focus on FF&E.

Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality FF&E designs for prestigious projects, showcasing exceptional attention to detail and an understanding of luxury aesthetics.

Extensive knowledge of luxury furniture brands, materials, finishes, and lighting solutions.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant tools.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet project deadlines.
