As our Business Manager, you are responsible for m aximizing revenues from sales of the organization's products and/or services through a base of reseller partners in specific assigned channels and/or vertical markets.

This position is part of the Commerical Team and will be located in Bangkok, Thailand. Reporting to Regional Commerical Director based in Singapore.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:
Develops business plans and sales strategies collectively with Thailand/ Myanmar’s distributors to support sustainable growth objectives in a compliance manner.

Partner closely with distribution partners to lead and to ensure effective penetration of market segments; including reviewing tracking sales forecast, sales funnel, sell-through and other KPI’s to ensure visibility on distributor performance. Perform high-touch sales activities to hospital customers

Refine market assessment and map market opportunity/size to drive innovative pathway development for portfolio

Prepare periodic business planning reports & forecasts as required to the senior management and assist with planning processes, including m anaging forecasting, pricing, and contract negotiations.

**The essential requirements of the job include**:
Minimum 10 years of Channel/Distributor sales management, business development and/or marketing experience in the healthcare industry

Self-starter, intellectually agile, organized, possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to capture the imagination of others to achieve their goals

Strong interpersonal, solution-selling, and negotiation skills

Experienced in working in a cross-functional environment and collaborating closely with regional counterparts.

**It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in**:
Experience working in In-Vitro Diagnostics or Medical Devices field

Exposure to both B2B/B2C field
