Senior Manager, Last Mile Process Excellence-th

- Department: Supply Chain & Logistics- Location: Thailand- Team and Role Introduction:
**Responsibilities**:
- Developing, enhancing and implementing the processes and procedures to improve last mile operational efficiency
- Analyzing data to identify operational trends and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure successful implementation of initiatives
- Leading projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing costs aligned with business strategies and priorities
- Preparing reports on operational performance, including benchmarks against industry standards or best practices
- Motivating employees to improve performance by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Recommending new equipment and / or automation to improve efficiency
- Developing new processes to streamline operations and improve customer service
- Installs process excellence support for program governance, project reviews, communications, training, certifications and rewards
- Monitor Process Excellence performance metrics to ensure that organization objectives in the areas of cost, efficiency, and quality are met
- Facilitate meetings with management to review and examine project progress
**Job Requirements**
- Requirements/Qualifications(must have):
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business administration, Logistics and Supply Chain and Economics
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences supporting operation to improve the processes with desirable, well-proven outcomes
- Demonstrated experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing including leading Kaizen events
- Excellence in problem-solving and critical thinking
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Energetic, detail-oriented and performance-driven
- Growth mindset with positive attitude towards a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to build trust and strong professional relationship with related functions
- Full professional proficiency in English
- Upper intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic to intermediate level in SQL is a plus
