**About the role - you will**:

- Manage, update receiving transaction and work with capital owner in asset addition and adjustment
- Assign tag numbers to fixed assets and record asset impairment
- Obtain information from internal and external sources to record accounting transactions in the general ledger for all PP&E accounts
- Reconcile the PP&E balance in the fixed asset register against General Ledger
- Analyze account balances and is responsible for properly supported account reconciliations on monthly analysis reporting
- Prepare Fixed A schedules report monthly, quarterly and yearly
- Ensure transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls
- Be responsible for accuracy and timeliness of transactions in the sub-ledger and general ledger accounts
- Prepare audit schedules relating to fixed assets and assist the auditors in their inquiries
- Feedback and resolve internal and external customer (local site finance, engineer, other Global Finance Share Service team, etc.) inquiries, including audit inquiries from internal and external auditors

- Knowledge in accounting functions
- Computer skills - Microsoft Office 365
- SAP
