**About the role - you will**:

- Audit and analyze data
- Assist internal and external customers in all matters related to their claims
- Maintain improvements of an AR reconciliation process
- Be responsible for the analysis, researching and audit of customers’, specially designed for customers in the AMER region, through timely and correct program research and credit matching
- Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure understanding and dispute to customer on time
- Work with customer's reconciliations
- Participate and contribute to Finance special projects
- Be responsible for detailed instructions on new projects and assignments to be completed for the department
- Work with IT on special Account Receivable projects
- Build productive working relationships internally and externally

**Your experience includes**:

- Knowledge in International Finance Environment
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot tables, Macro, Formulas, V-look up)
- Experience working with Oracle and SAP S4/HANA
- Bachelors and/or equivalent experience
