**Job Description**:

- ผลักดันยอดขายให้บรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่กำหนด / สร้างยอดขาย / เพิ่มลูกค้ารายใหม่
- ให้คำปรึกษาแก่ลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการออกแบบตกแต่งบ้านตามความชอบของลูกค้าและงบประมาณที่เหมาะสม
- ดูแลลูกค้าให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
- สร้างความสัมพันธ์เชิงรุกกับลูกค้าทั้งลูกค้าองค์กรและลูกค้ารายบุคคลเพื่อให้บรรลุถึงความพึงพอใจสูงสุด

รับผิดชอบงานตามที่รับมอบหมายจากผู้จัดการ

**Qualifications**:

- มีความชื่นชอบและความรู้เกี่ยวกับด้านการตกแต่งบ้านหรือออกแบบภายใน การค้าปลีกและการสื่อสาร
- มีทักษะด้านการบริการลูกค้าและด้านการขาย
- ความสามารถด้านการทำงานเป็นทีมและทำงานได้ด้วยตนเองอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพตรงเวลา
- มีความรู้ ทักษะด้านการบริการด้านอาหาร
- มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์แก้ปัญหาและสามารถจัดการงานหลายสิ่งได้อย่างรวดเร็วและมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีค่านิยม IKEA สามารถรับความหลากหลายทั้งของเพื่อนร่วมงานและลูกค้า
