วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน:
รับผิดชอบการบริหารงานด้านต่างๆของร้าน ในการปฏิบัติตามข้อกำหนดและนโยบายของบริษัท โดยเฉพาะวิธีการดำเนินงานด้านการปฏิบัติการ (Operations Standard) เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จตามวัตถุประสงค์และสร้างความพึงพอใจให้กับลูกค้า 100%

ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:
1. สร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%
- ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนดทั้งในเรื่องการบริการ,คุณภาพอาหาร และความสะอาด (QSC)
- ส่งมอบบริการที่ดีประสบการณ์ที่ดีเลิศ
- ยิ้ม,กล่าวคำทักทายกับลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมเมื่อลูกค้าสั่งอาหาร และแสดงกิริยาสุภาพ
- ดูแลสินค้าต่างๆในบริเวณ Front Counter ให้ได้คุณภาพ ไม่เสริฟอาหารที่ไม่ได้คุณภาพให้ลูกค้า
- ทดสอบความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับการทำงานในหน้าที่ต่างๆ
- ตรวจเช็คความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ในการทำอาหาร
- แก้ปัญหาลูกค้า complain ด้วยกิริยามารยามที่เหมาะสม เพื่อสร้างความพึงพอใจให้ลูกค้า 100%

2. การบริหารยอดขาย
- ทำความเข้าใจโปรแกรมส่งเสริมการขาย ในการเพิ่มยอดขาย
- จัดเตรียมใน Station ให้มีการ Stock สินค้าและเครื่องปรุง อย่างเพียงพอต่อยอดขาย
- ตรวจนับสินค้าจาก Supplier
- ทำสต็อกสินค้า การใช้สินค้ารายวันและรายสัปดาห์
- วางแผนการเตรียมสินค้าในแต่ละวัน

3. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากหัวหน้า
- เสนอแนะ / ให้คำแนะนำลูกค้าอย่างเหมาะสมและสม่ำเสมอ
- แจกคูปองส่งเสริมการขาย

**คุณสมบัติ**:
คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน:
1. วุฒิมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6, ปวช. ขึ้นไป

2. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการบริหารธุรกิจอย่างน้อย 1 ปี ในธุรกิจอาหารและการบริการ

3. มีความรับผิดชอบและมีความซื่อสัตย์

4. มีความสามารถในการสื่อสาร

5. สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ และทำงานล่วงเวลาได้

6. สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ และสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้พอสมควร
