Here is a description of the role we are opening:
Summary of the position
- Handle overall positive Employee Experience and Employee Relations activities to ensure productive work environment and employee engagement
- Handle overall activities related to the labor union management to ensure good rapport and establish strong relationship with employees
- Fully responsible for employee activities/recreation, CSR, Vitality Project. Build up and maintain networking with local community, industrial companies, labor office to add value to the company’s branding and create positive work environment.

Main Mission
- Build up employee /company relations by ensuring company practice compliance with Labor law and related rules/regulations.
- Operate employee disciplinary action process which starting from case investigation, proposal judgment, and report.
- Plan and organize positive work environment and employee engagement.
- Execute employee hearing voice, grievances and others activity that related to the company’s work regulation and labour law. Resolving employees' issues and handling complaints to protect the general interests
- Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment of employee complaints.
- Coordinate with HR and other departments to create and sustain positive employee relations and facilitate effective communications between employees and management
- Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employee relations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other concerns; informs appropriate HR staff when the additional investigation is required.
- Act as a Company representative to participate in Employee Assistance activities such as of employee’s parents’ funeral ceremony, inpatient visit, etc., in order to strengthen the relationships between the company and the employees.
- Liaise with government agencies to resolve labour problems, interpretation of Labour laws, and labour disputes.
- Participate in resolving Labour dispute situation and investigation when required.
- Organize, execute employee activities, CSR, vitality projects, HR excellent award, i.e. Happy 8, Happy Workplace, GLP, employee recognition program to create employee engagement and positive employee experience
- Be a key team to run company communication, employer branding promotion (brand advocacy) and activities as assigned
