**Job Description**:
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage deadlines based on project expectations,
- Address issues regarding quality or process discrepancy.
- Evaluate wafer shipment, backend process, timeliness, and match according to goals,
- Monitor material supply flow and identify any shortages or bottlenecks in usage. Identify and resolve problems relating to cycle time.
- Produce reports based on findings and performance of DOE Schedule usage of DOE HGA build.
- Other as assigned.

**Qualifications**:
**REQUIRED**:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or higher in any equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in Plannner, Process Analyst, or related experience

**PREFERRED**:

- Experience with hard disk drives is an added advantage

**SKILLS**:

- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills with good command of English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites & Mathematics, especially in the area of Statistics/Analysis,
- Understanding of Business or Manufacturing Operations
- Basic Knowledge of Data Visualization
