- Responsible for the entire recruitment process of picker-packer, shopper, rider and ranger following the target.
- Find out more outsourcing companies to support fleet fulfillment.
- Drive/Monitor/Evaluate all outsourcing companies to fulfill following the target.
- Responsible for the exit interview.
- Collecting Fleet’s personal document and handover to onboarding team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Human Recourse or any related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in related field
- Experience in mass recruitment is a plus
- Experience in managing and analyzing data of outsourcing companies is a plus.
- Excel skill is required (Pivot tables and vlookup)
