PRTR Manufacturing Recruitment Team is supporting a chemistry company supplier of specialty acrylates/methacrylates monomers (SR) and oligomers(CN), including mono-functional, di-functional and higher functional product for UV, EB, LED, Peroxide, Amine Cure Systems, etc.

Currently, we are looking for a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for ensure smooth operations with marketing, sales & technical support activities and achieved the targets & objectives set for organic peroxide.

**Job Descriptions**:

- Managing OP distributors for the implementation of business strategies and setting of sales targets with BU manager.
- Liaising with business managers & executing the marketing sales strategies & activities.
- Maintaining a good relationship with business units & other departments within the group to ensure smooth operations with marketing, sales & technical support activities.
- Visiting all direct & indirect customers to maintain a good relationship and providing technical assistance and gathering market intelligence.
- Consolidating & providing market information, surveys, monthly reports, forecasts, business intelligence & product development progress and other reports to the BU managers.
- Monitoring & ensuring on-time payment by customers.
- Achieving the targets & objectives set for OP.
- Establishing and maintaining a satisfactory relationship with customers and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.
- Managing distributors & customers to ensure compliance with corporate HSE & Product Stewardship Policy.
- Developing new customers and new products.
- Ensuring compliance with company's policy like Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.

**Qualifications**:

- BS Degree or equivalent, preferably in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
- Sales & marketing experience in a similar field is necessary.
- Good communication, presentation, problem-solving and interpersonal skills, and resourcefulness.
- Good product knowledge & customer handling skills.
- Motivated, ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Ability to communicate and write fluently in English.
- Ability to speak Chinese will be a great plus point.
