**Job Description**:
- Lead the Heartist culture in coordination with the hotel team to drive guests satisfaction.
- Versatile in operation where & when needed.
- Responsible for ALL Loyalty program.
- Admin tasks include, responding to guest reviews using VOG, analysis of the guest feedback, conducting report and action plan, use of ACDC tool.
Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years background as Guest Experience or leading role in similar business.
- Excellent communication skills verbal and written in both Thai and English
- Self-directed leader with a passion for people.
- Outgoing personally, lively, entrepreneur and autonomous.
- Good with tasks and time management.
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is a plus.
