We are seeking a **Human Resources Manager **to join our dynamic HR Team
As Human Resources Manager based in our Thailand office, your first and foremost role will be to support our staff by helping us to provide a healthy, motivating, and rewarding working environment.
You will take hands-on responsibility for all elements of human resource management including recruitment, training & development, payroll review, coaching, and resolving staff grievances.
You will be instrumental as a leader and role model for the team and encourage a culture of performance, accountability, openness, respect, professional development, and self-improvement.
You will report directly to the Regional Human Resources Manager based in Hong Kong
**You will be expected to**:
- Manage recruitments, inductions, and training processes at the regional level.
- Contribute to staff planning and budgeting by monitoring staff well-being and fostering interdepartmental collaboration;
- Coordinate and arrange bi-weekly meetings with the Thailand management, including agenda coordination and follow-up action planning
- Supervise monthly payroll operations, social security contributions, provident fund deductions, and reporting obligations to relevant Thai authorities.
- Schedule and oversee the completion of staff appraisal processes.
- Manage HRIS data and propose action plans based on insights gained.
- Ensure adherence to Thai legislative mandates.
- Offer assistance to other APRIL offices within the Asia region as needed.
**To achieve success, the following qualifications are required**:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources performing general HR duties.
- A proven track record acquired in an international service-oriented setting
- Proficiency in handling high-volume and high-quality recruitment, preferably at a regional level.
- Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with a deep understanding of cultural diversity.
- A committed problem-solver and comfortable in dealing with sensitive situations objectively without judgment.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Thai. Knowledge of French is advantageous but not essential.
- Prior experience using an HRIS, preferably Bamboo Software
