Key Responsibilities

The establishment and maintenance of customer relationships

Collect customer information in real estate industry and create customers’ file including
Developer, MEP Designer, Contractor, System integrator;
Visit and support key customers frequently including customers’ decision maker chain and different key person;
Find customer needs and pain point, provide support and service in a timely and effective manner;
Respond to customer’s requirements fast and give the solutions in time.

Project operation

Put Dahua in the vendor list of different developers, designers, contractors as much as possible;
Cook and find project opportunities and hit the pipeline target as required in real estate industry;
Achieve the sales target as required;
Project planning and managing and updating properly;
Coordinate with other project team members;
Responsible for bidding and signing sales contract, following up delivery, cash collection process;
**Key Requirements**:
**Job Requirements**:
Over 5 years of work experience on Real Estate project (Condominium, apartment, office building project etc.);
Having existing customers of real estate project;
Having experience of bidding and managing key account ;
Having experience in smart technology or security product (CCTV, access control etc.) is an advantage.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor or above degree of IT, Marketing or Sales field;
Fluent English both in reading, writing and speaking;
CCTV background in IP, IT, Networking is an advantage;
Good communication and presentation skill;
Customer-oriented.
