หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ

1.จัดทำเอกสารและตรวจนับสินค้าวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองคงคลังตามแผนการตรวจนับสินค้าประจำวัน สัปดาห์ เดือน ปี หรือตามคำสั่งให้มีการตรวจนับในกลุ่ม Non-Merchandise
2.ตรวจสอบข้อมูลในระบบและสินค้าจริงอยู่เสมอ เพื่อให้สต็อกสินค้าถูกต้องอยู่ตลอดเวลา
3.ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4.เปิดใบขอซื้อเมื่อวัสดุอุปกรณ์ลดลงถึงจุดที่ต้องทำการสั่งซื้อหรือสั่งซื้อตามคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชา
5.รับเรื่องการจองส่งสินค้าจากทาง Vendor/Supplier เพื่อวางแผนและจัดสรรทรัพยากรในแต่ละวัน
6.จัดทำเอกสารและรายงานต่างๆนำเสนอหัวหน้างานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
7.ทำรายงานยอดคงเหลือสต๊อกสินค้าคงคลังในกลุ่มวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง อุปกรณ์ใช้หน้าร้านบางประเภท เป็นรายวัน รายสัปดาห์ รายเดือน เสนอหัวหน้างานและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
8.ทำรายงานการรับ-จัดเก็บวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทั้หมดที่มีเข้ามาในแต่ละวัน
9.ทำรายงานการเบิก-จ่ายวัสดุอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดที่มีเข้ามาในแต่ละวัน
10.วิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุของความผิดพลาดที่เกิดขึ้น กรณีพบว่าสินค้าไม่ตรงตามระบบ ประสานงานแจ้งผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง และทำการแก้ไขให้ถูกต้อง
11.ให้การสนับสนุนและช่วยเหลือพนักงานฝ่ายปฏิบัติการ กรณีพบปัญหาในการปฏิบัติงาน เช่น กรณีไม่พบสินค้าตามที่อ้างอิงจากระบบ เป็นต้น
12.ใช้ระบบบริหารคลังสินค้า (WMS) ในการตรวจเช็คจำนวนสินค้า,สถานะของสินค้า,การเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้า,อ่านและวิเคราะห์การเคลื่อนไหวของสินค้าและอื่นๆ
13.รายงานสถานะสินค้าวัสดุสิ้นเปลืองคงคลังรายวัน สัปดาห์ เดือน เพื่อวิเคราะห์และเสนอเเนะการปรับปรุง แก้ไข สำหรับสินค้าคงคลังที่มียอดแตกต่าง ปริมานที่ไม่เหมาะสม อายุการจัดเก็บที่ยาวนานไม่เคลื่อนไหว สูญเสียและเสียหาย
14.ดูแลในการควบคุมระบบบริหารคลังสินค้า (WMS) ในส่วนที่เป็นการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลัง การเคลื่อนย้ายสินค้าคงคลังในระบบ การตรวจดูการเคลื่อนไหว การเปลี่ยนสถานะของพื้นที่จัดเก็บ การโยกย้ายสินค้าแบรนด์ต่าง
15.ดูแลพื้นที่การจัดเก็บสินค้าให้ถูกต้อง สะอาด และเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยอยู่เสมอ

10.สามารถขับขี่รถ Forklift ได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
