**Job Description**:
This position will take care of Minor Plus database marketing campaign management focusing on setting both offline and online campaign on provided platform as well as seeking to utilize other database within Minor Retail which generated high ROI and meet targeted campaign performance metrics. This position will work closely with IT, Brand Marketing, E-commerce and other Business within Minor.
**Main Responsibility**:

- Initiate plan for overall CRM strategy to increase new customer, retention, engagement & Sales target
- Create & Manage campaigns to support the business objective
- Develop suitable metrics to enable accurate measurement and reporting on online & offline interactions to identify opportunities for improvement and prioritize strategies
- Analyse existing campaigns and identify potential improvements
- Utilising analytics and insights to mold the marketing strategy in relation to campaign generation and continual campaign improvement
- Coordinating, Collaborate and work well with cross-function team, brands Team and external partner
- Find the new technology, market tools, CRM tools and implement to our platform

**Qualifications**:

- Experienced in CRM & Marketing database or any Marketing field.
- Strong critical thinking and data analytics skills.
- Able to initiate Marketing Campaigns and run performance tracking.
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Proficient at writing consumer driven copy.
- Team player and Can-do attitude.
- Able to work well under pressures and tight deadlines.
- Able to do Structured Query Language (SQL) will be an advantage.
