Job Descriptions
- Report an update on the progress of the installation project and the performance indicator to the management team
- Ensure all the budgets relating to the project are approved by the management (Project Director / CEO) prior to the project executions
- Arrange and schedule a kick-off meeting and close-out meeting with all related parties
- Ensure the project execution goes according to plan by coordinating with all involved stakeholders
- Give advice and suggestion on the project executions
- Ensure the work processes are abide by the policies, regulations, and laws
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualification
- Experience in coordinating or negotiating with the stakeholder in the solar cell installation project
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator in solar cell business
- Having good understanding in Energy and Utilities or Engineering industry
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering / Business Administration or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
