Leading Pan-Asian Insurer.
Experience in Insurance or Banking Industry.
Working across with BA Sales and SCB branch staff.
This position is mainly serving the Wealth 2 UPC segment of the bank in term of product knowledge, process knowledge, concern and coordination between support team and sale team for the complicated issues.
Serve as front line and primary contact person in handling incoming calls for all enquiries and service requests from Wealth 2 UPC customer.
Work Cross functional with acquire all relevant to deliver service for BA Sales and SCB branch staff.
Analyze target Wealth 2 UPC group and planning with banks to achieve goals.
Contribute and support on Month-end closing period.
Negotiate on sales event and activities.
Solve various pending problems after sales.
Service for follow up all pending cases with BA Sales Representative.

**Baseline Qualifications**:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration or related fields.
Experience as an insurance or background SME Loan.
Basic knowledge of insurance.
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships.
Problem Solving, Communication and Presentation skills.
LIB / IC license.
Workplace is in Chumporn/Ranong.
Able to use Microsoft Office, Internet.
Good command in English both verbal and written.
Proactive, Open, Caring, Commit, Innovative.
