Support Sales & Marketing management and associates on operation process by transporting guests, associates, documents and other necessary items to/from assigned destinations using property vehicle. Ensure that the delivery is in a timely manner and be responsible on maintain the property vehicles are in good condition and regularly maintenance.

**CANDIDATE PROFILE**

**Preferred Education and Experience**
- High school completion or equivalent
- Related work experience

**Required Qualifications**
- Proficiency in reading and writing English

**Willing To**:

- Work in contact with the general public using strong communication and customer service skills
- Demonstrate openness to adapt to different cultural contexts based on location
- Must be willing to be flexible across shifts as required by business needs

**JOB SPECIFIC TASKS**

Coordinate transport requirements to assigned destinations. Transport management and other designates associates or business visitors from/to assigned destinations. Perform all tasks in a timely manner ensuring all deadlines are met. Provide back-up support for the buggy driver team during off-peak periods Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness. Document all trips prior to the start of and at the conclusion of each trip Park vehicle in designated location when not in use. Check tire pressure and fluid levels for property vehicle and refuel as necessary. Notify appropriate personnel of any vehicle maintenance needs Scheduling vehicle for regular maintenance and service Keep the vehicle’s key in safe place at all time. Coordinate with Finance, HR and other departments for documents delivery to third party/outside companies. Be the company representative to contact Government Offices, Banks, Suppliers and any organizations as per assignment. Document all vehicle incidents (i.e., damages, accidents) and provide reports of incidents to manager/supervisor. Make sure vehicles and Office equipment are in good condition Maintenance and Service vehicles and Office equipment. Find and coordinate with third party to get the most efficiency on price and job quality on maintenance and service for office equipment and vehicle. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications. Perform other duties as requested by management.
