Membership & Gear Shop Attendant Responsibilities:
Membership Verification:
- Ensure accurate and timely verification of memberships.
- Address any issues or discrepancies with members in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the front office to update and maintain membership records.
Customer Interaction:
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting members with inquiries and offering guidance on products.
- Act as a point of contact between the gym and its members, fostering positive relationships.
Merchandise Management:
- Regularly inspect and organize merchandise displays to create an appealing and easily accessible shopping environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs to management.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
Sales and Product Knowledge:
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of training gear and apparel to effectively assist customers.
- Actively engage in sales conversations, offering product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
- Utilize knowledge of promotions and discounts to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Store Maintenance:
- Keep the gear shop clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to address any issues related to the gear shop's physical space.
Communication:
- Maintain open communication with the front office, management, and other relevant departments.
- Report any issues or feedback from members to ensure continuous improvement.
Team Collaboration:
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a seamless and positive experience for gym members.
