หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ.
สนับสนุนงานตรวจสอบบัญชี กรมสรรพากร และ หน่วยงานอื่นที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
จัดทำเอกสารใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบกำกับภาษีและใบแจ้งยอดบัญชี.
ดูแลภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่มให้เป็นตามประมวลรัษฎากร.
ให้ข้อมูลและความรู้ต่างๆ รวมไปถึงตอบคำถามแก่บุคลากรแผนกอื่นๆ.
บันทึกบัญชีและตรวจทานรายงานอายุบัญชีลูกหนี้ (AR Aging) และการรับชำระหนี้ (Collection).
รับผิดชอบงานอื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย.
จบการศึกษาปริญญาตรี คณะบริหารธุรกิจ สาขาบัญชี.
มีประสบการณ์ 0-5 ปี ทางด้านบัญชีและการเงิน.
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษ ทั้งการเขียนและการพูดได้ในระดับพื้นฐาน และสามารถสื่อสารภาษาไทยได้เป็นอย่างดี.
มีความรอบคอบ มีระเบียบ และมีไหวพริบในการทำงาน สามารถแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี.
Support in working with the auditor, the revenue department, DBD and other authorities as assigned.
Generating invoices, tax invoices and account statements.
Monitoring withholding tax and VAT to comply with the tax ruling.
Ability to deal with queries from relevant teams.
Manage AR Aging and collection.
Other ad-hoc activities as required.
Qualifications.
Bachelor Degree of Business Administration, Majoring in Accounting.
0-5 years of work experience in Accounting.
Thai and basic English both writing and speaking.
High attention to detail, well organized, with a sense of urgency and a drive to get things done.
