**Role Description**

This is a full-time Account Manager role located in Bangkok at G.O. SG CONSULTING. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver successful digital marketing campaigns. Daily tasks include client communication, campaign strategy development, performance tracking, and reporting.

**What You'll Do**:

- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, long-term relationships
- Understand client needs and provide strategic guidance to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or improvement
- Handle client feedback, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high client satisfaction
- Prepare reports, proposals, and presentations to support client communications

**What We’re Looking For**:
Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar customer-facing role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset

Ability to manage multiple accounts with attention to detail and efficiency

Familiarity with CRM tools and data analysis is a plus

Passion for delivering exceptional client experiences

**Qualifications**
- Fluent in English and Thai
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in account management or client relations
- Knowledge of digital marketing principles and techniques
- Ability to analyze data and interpret results
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ฿20,000.00 - ฿25,000.00 per month
